VP, Head of Strategy EMEA

What does a successful VP, Head of Strategy EMEA do? 

At Fiserv, our VP, Head of Strategy EMEA is essential in leading our strategic initiatives and ensuring that the company's mission aligns with its goals in the EMEA region. This role is vital in shaping our direction and supporting innovative solutions that empower our clients. As part of a dynamic team, you will contribute to transforming financial services technology for the benefit of customers and businesses alike.

What you will do:

• Develop and implement strategic plans that align with Fiserv's mission and goals.

• Lead market analysis and identify growth opportunities within the EMEA region.

• Collaborate across departments to drive strategic projects and initiatives.

• Manage stakeholder relationships and communicate strategic direction effectively.

• Oversee the execution of strategic initiatives to ensure successful outcomes.

• Prepare and present Board presentations, including quarterly and annual reviews.

• Coordinate Business Operating Committee meetings and weekly reporting.

• Compile and analyse data, management information (MI), and competitive market intelligence.

What you will need to have:

• Strong leadership skills with a proven track record in strategic planning and execution.

• Excellent analytical abilities to interpret market trends and data.

• Exceptional communication skills to convey strategic initiatives.

• Experience in stakeholder management and collaboration.

• Deep understanding of the financial services industry and the EMEA market.
