- Metrics driven: Develop a scorecard of leading and lagging indicators that reflects the health of the business
- Execution: Plan and execute product delivery components with precision. Roadmap should be clear, detailed, consistently delivered, and cadenced to customer and industry schedules.
- Team Building and Culture: Build a high-performing team with a culture of customer obsession, insight, and empathy.
What you need to have:
- +12 years of experience leading product management for a scaled B2B, payments, commerce, stored value, and/or loyalty business.
- Experience translating strategy into detailed product roadmaps and release plans, with demonstrated successful adoption of SDLC best practices.
- Deep customer orientation with demonstrated experience gathering customer insight directly from enterprise clients, partner teams, and market research.
- Domain experience in payments, gift cards, stored value, e-commerce and/or mobile commerce (including digital wallets)
- People leadership experience managing, coaching, and developing product managers, including setting clear expectations, improving team discipline, and building accountability.
- Cross-functional leadership experience working effectively with Sales, Relationship Management, Client Success, Operations, Risk, Compliance, Legal, Finance, Engineering, and external partners.
- Partner management experience identifying, negotiating with, integrating, and managing technology or service partners that expand the product value proposition.
What would be nice to have:

- Experience with digital gift card commerce, including e-commerce checkout, fraud controls, fulfillment, digital delivery, mobile wallet provisioning, and third-party distribution.
- Understanding of program management services, including physical card design, production, fulfillment, settlement, reporting, reconciliation, client support, and operational SLAs.
- Familiarity with payments industry requirements, including merchant processing, MCC considerations, settlement flows, data reporting, compliance, fraud prevention, and processor/platform integrations.
