Role Summary/Purpose:
The VP, H&W Marketing Integration and Engagement will serve as a cross-channel domain expert, leading the integration and adoption of new marketing capabilities and MarTech. Acting as a connector across Marketing, Product, Data/Analytics, and channel owners, this leader will translate marketing needs into clear requirements, champion capabilities, streamline end-to-end processes, and accelerate adoption of new tools and features (e.g., mobile app enhancements, AI use cases, SMS, personalization, etc.) to improve engagement, performance and speed to market.
In addition, the role will lead go-to-market marketing for new services and capabilities—partnering cross-functionally to turn concepts into scalable, repeatable, market-ready offerings—and will own the annual cardholder sweepstakes strategy and execution.
Essential Responsibilities:
MarTech + Capability Integration & Adoption: Partner with Product and MarTech teams to implement or expand marketing capabilities across communication platforms (ESP enhancements, mobile app features, personalization, AI-enabled tooling). Develop innovative ideas to test and own rollout planning, enablement, and adoption across Lifecycle teams and channel stakeholders.
Personalization / Targeting Enablement: Partner with digital teams to design and operationalize omni-channel personalization and content optimization (including, but not limited to, Dynamic Yield and Movable Ink). Partner on measurement instrumentation and performance storytelling (e.g., Knotch tracking) as needed.
Marketing for new services or capabilities: Develop and execute strategic marketing plans for complex initiatives with multiple stakeholders, dependencies, and timelines (strategic initiatives, platform rollouts, partner launches, etc.) Ensure delivery against timelines, operational readiness, and measurable outcomes.
Campaign Leadership: Lead campaigns across multiple channels (email, in-app/mobile, web/Marketplace, etc.), from strategy through launch and optimization.
Promotions & Sweepstakes Strategy and Execution: Develop and execute offer programs such as sweepstakes or similar promotional constructs leveraging internal and approved third-party tools, vendors, and processes; ensure compliant execution and effective measurement.
Partner / Launch Strategy: Lead and collaborate on building go-to-market and launch plans with Industry marketing leads to support new partners and major enhancements, including messaging, channel mix, measurement approach, and post-launch iteration.
Legal, Compliance, and Process Rigor: Partner with Legal, Compliance, Performance Marketing, and other operational teams to ensure programs and campaigns follow all requirements, controls, documentation standards, and approvals.
Additional business-critical initiatives: Lead additional programs/projects as business needs require, with clear outcomes, timelines, and stakeholder alignment.
Qualifications/Requirements:
Bachelor's degree OR in lieu of degree, a high school diploma and 12 years of experience in credit card, financial services or health and wellness marketing.
A minimum of 8 years of professional work experience in the Marketing field to include 3 years of campaign execution to include:
Integrated marketing strategy: Ability to build channel roles, messaging frameworks, test-and-learn plans, and program calendars across verticals.
Technical fluency: Understands data flows, platform capabilities/constraints, integration points, and how processes work end-to-end to improve execution.
MarTech, platform, and capability adoption: Lead integration and adoption of marketing capabilities (ESP/CDP/personalization, mobile app messaging, experimentation, AI-enabled tooling), including requirements definition and rollout planning.
People Management: 3+ years of experience managing and coaching a team
Change leadership & enablement: Drives adoption through training/playbooks, stakeholder engagement, and measurement of usage and impact.
Analytics and optimization mindset: Defines KPIs, reads performance, identifies insights, and iterates (engagement, conversion, adoption, retention).
Strong stakeholder leadership: Influences without authority, aligns cross-vertical priorities, and communicates clearly with both marketers and technical teams.
Operational rigor: Planning, documentation, requirements definition, risk management, and ability to scale repeatable programs.

The salary range for this position is 110,000.00 - 185,000.00 USD Annual and is eligible for an annual bonus based on individual and company performance.
Actual compensation offered within the posted salary range will be based upon work experience, skill level or knowledge.
Salaries are adjusted according to market in CA, NY Metro and Seattle.

You will be required to commute to your nearest Hub (either virtual or physical) for in-person engagement activities such as regular business or team meetings, training and culture events.

New hires (Level 4-7) must have 9 months of continuous service with the company before they are eligible to post on other roles.
