The SVP, Growth - Home Health is a senior enterprise executive responsible for defining, leading, and delivering the national growth strategy and performance for the Home Health business. This role holds full accountability for performance of the Company's business development efforts-including revenue, admissions, and market share expansion-through the execution of a comprehensive, data-driven growth strategy.
This leader ensures that insights from performance analytics and market intelligence are translated into clear, decisive actions that produce measurable business outcomes. As a key member of the COO's leadership team, this role partners closely with the Chief Strategy Officer, the Chief Financial Officer, the Chief Care Innovation Officer, Regional EVPs, and Business Development leadership, to align growth strategy with financial planning, operational capacity, and long-term enterprise objectives. This person will ensure execution of growth strategies that consider reimbursement trends, value-based care evolution, market and industry dynamics, and strategic partnership opportunities to strengthen financial sustainability and enhance competitive positioning.
The SVP also provides executive oversight of Sales Training & Development and enterprise growth enablement, ensuring a high-performing, scalable commercial organization across community, acute, and senior living channels.
Primary Responsibilities:
  • Define and lead the enterprise-wide Home Health growth strategy in alignment with organizational priorities, market opportunity, and long-term business objectives
  • Own revenue, admissions, market share, and profitability performance, partnering with Regional EVPs to deliver market-level growth and execution outcomes
  • Establish growth targets, budgets, forecasts, and performance expectations in partnership with Finance, Strategy, Operations, and Business Development leadership
  • Use market intelligence, analytics, predictive modeling, and KPI reporting to identify opportunities, address performance gaps, and drive data-informed decisions
  • Translate complex data, reimbursement trends, competitive insights, and care delivery dynamics into actionable strategies that improve growth outcomes
  • Lead payor, partnership, and market expansion strategies, including payor mix optimization, new market entry, territory design, and channel growth
  • Provide executive leadership for Business Development, including workforce structure, quota setting, territory optimization, performance management, and senior leader coaching
  • Oversee sales enablement, training, tools, and growth infrastructure to strengthen field execution, productivity, and scalable commercial performance
  • Align marketing, brand positioning, and integrated campaigns with growth priorities to generate demand and support business development effectiveness
  • Build a high-performing commercial organization while promoting accountability, leadership development, compliance, risk mitigation, ethics, and governance

Required Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of progressive healthcare leadership experience, including enterprise-level responsibility
  • 5+ years of experience in senior sales, growth, or commercial leadership roles with national or multi-market scope
  • Demonstrated success leading large, geographically dispersed teams and delivering significant revenue growth
  • Proven ability to translate analytics and market intelligence into actionable strategies and measurable results
  • Solid financial acumen, including experience with forecasting, budgeting, and performance management

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field
  • Master's degree (MBA, MHA, or equivalent)
  • Experience in Home Health, Hospice, or post-acute care
  • Experience with value-based care and payor strategy development
  • National account management or enterprise partnership experience

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you'll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The salary for this role will range from $196,506 to $240,174 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
