Job Description
We are looking for a Business Finance Analyst to support the Global Markets business by providing financial analysis, treasury support, reporting and system related expertise. The candidate will work closely with Front Office, Finance, Risk Management, and Treasury Operations to support business performance.
Job Responsibilities:
Support financial performance reporting for Global Markets business
Prepare daily, monthly and quarterly P&L analysis
Support month end journal preparation for month end closing
Analyse treasury products including FX, money market, bonds, derivatives and structured products
Support budgeting, forecasting and strategic planning exercises
Participate in UAT in new product testing, system enhancement, process improvement initiatives and accounting automation projects
Support regulatory and audit requirement related to Global Markets and Treasury activities
Provide ad-hoc analysis and presentation slides
Job Requirement:
Preferably professionally qualified eg: MIA, ACCA, CPA etc
Strong understanding of treasury products
Hand on experience with Murex system is highly preferred
Experience in business finance, product control or treasury finance
Proficient in Microsoft excel, strong analytical skill and problem-solving skill
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Able to manage multiple priorities and deadline effectively.
