Key Responsibilities
Lead all financial functions including accounting, FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and treasury.
Serve as a strategic advisor to executive leadership on financial performance, risk, and growth initiatives.
Oversee financial reporting, internal controls, and audit processes to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Present financial results and insights to executive leadership and parent company stakeholders.
Partner cross-functionally to evaluate investments and drive ROI across the business.
Ensure compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements.
Build and lead a high-performing finance team.
Act as the primary finance liaison with parent company leadership.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA and/or CPA preferred.
15+ years of progressive finance leadership experience, including executive-level roles.
Experience in multi-unit or retail environments strongly preferred.
Strong expertise in financial reporting, internal controls, and strategic planning.
Experience working with international or parent-company stakeholders is a plus.
Excellent leadership, communication, and executive presence.
