What you've done:
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Business, or a related field
- Proven experience leading FP&A or Strategic Finance in an enterprise SaaS startup
- Experience putting together board decks, fundraising decks, and company financial models
- Experience building, leading, and developing finance teams in a fast-paced, scaling environment. Bonus for experience hiring a controller and/or leading a company through their inaugural audit.
- Experience in operational finance, managing large ACVs, and ensuring financial operational efficiency.
Bonus experience:
- Standing up rev ops (including how to calculate and pay commissions)
- Standing up internal financial and operating metrics systems
- Leading system transformations (e.g. Quickbooks to Netsuite)
- Calculating ROI driven for customers (working with raw data files)
- Negotiating and managing partnerships
- Working in healthcare/health tech

Ambience AutoScribe is used by clinicians everyday, even in some of the most challenging medical specialties (e.g., psychiatry and complex geriatric primary care).
