The Vice President, Finance, USIS Non-Mortgage will serve as the head of finance for all B2B Non-Mortgage business segments within US Information Solutions (USIS) working closely with business leaders to deliver concise, relevant and insightful financial information enabling informed decision making and success related to the segment’s short and long term strategic and financial objectives. This is a new role and will bring together the SFOs of Non-Mortgage Online, Marketing/Consumer Partner, Commercial and Equifax Digital Solutions (EDS). Reporting to the SFO, USIS, they will interact frequently with leaders across USIS and Equifax building and maintaining collaborative advisory relationships.
What you’ll do
Serve as Segment Finance Officer (SFO) for the Non-Mortgage segment of USIS, approximately $1.3B in total revenue.
Provide financial business partnership to the USIS Non-Mortgage leadership team in identifying and addressing financial and business issues, bringing effective information to bear, supporting timely decision-making, and personally driving action and results on initiatives where appropriate
Oversee financial reporting projects to advance daily reporting including transactional volume, subscriptions, and new business projections.
Establish process improvements projects and timelines that address the monetization of deals already sold.
Address financial matters for USIS related to the Non-Mortgage segment and work collaboratively with business leaders on solutions.
Oversee preparation, reporting and analysis of financial information including budgets, forecasts, and monthly analyses of results.
Prepare executive summaries and conduct monthly financial reviews with business unit leadership that help highlight key trends, variances, strengths and weaknesses within the business performance and contribute to timely management decision-making. Help identify appropriate action plans which respond to opportunities and issues.
Prepare annual budgets which reflect market conditions, key business drivers and strategic and operating initiatives, and properly balance realism with healthy stretch objectives. Help identify action steps to ensure successful delivery against budgets.
Identify, recruit, develop and retain a high-performance team of managers and professionals .A big area of focus will be in driving consistency and resource allocation across the USIS Non-Mortgage Finance teams.
Continue to drive Transformation to the EFX Cloud (specifically for Alternative Finance, Commercial, and EDS) and continue to ensure that Equifax Board action plans related to acquisitions.
What experience you need
15+ years in finance related role
4+ years in role supporting revenue stream finance
Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field

Experience as a Finance Business Partner to Sales, Product or other GTM segment
Experience with M&A
