Position Summary
The VP of Finance - LATAM is responsible for leading the Finance organization across the region, providing strategic financial leadership while ensuring strong governance, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence. The role partners closely with regional and global leadership to drive sustainable growth, optimize financial performance, and support business expansion across multiple Latin American markets.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead the regional Finance organization across Accounting, FP&A, Treasury, Tax, Procurement, Finance Operations and Shared Services.
• Drive the annual planning process, budgeting, forecasting and performance management across all LATAM entities.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting under IFRS and local statutory requirements.
• Optimize cash flow, working capital, capital allocation and liquidity management across the region.
• Partner with Commercial, Product and Operations teams to maximize profitable growth and support strategic initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with all tax, regulatory, corporate governance and internal control requirements.
• Lead finance transformation initiatives, automation projects and continuous process improvements.
• Manage relationships with external auditors, banks, regulators and external advisors.
• Build, develop and mentor a high-performing regional Finance organization.
• Act as the primary Finance partner to the Global CFO and the LATAM Leadership Team.
Requirements• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or Business Administration.
• MBA and/or CPA preferred.
• 15+ years of Finance experience, including regional leadership across Latin America.
• Experience in FinTech, Payments, Financial Services or Technology is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, Treasury, Tax, XB payments, Stablecoin, FP&A and multi-country operations.
• Proven leadership in multinational and matrix organizations.

Skills Required
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or Business Administration
- MBA and/or CPA
- 15+ years of Finance experience, including regional leadership across Latin America
- Experience in FinTech, Payments, Financial Services or Technology
- Strong knowledge of IFRS
- Strong knowledge of Treasury and liquidity management
- Strong knowledge of Tax and multi-country tax/compliance requirements
- Strong knowledge of cross-border (XB) payments and Stablecoin
- Strong experience in FP&A and multi-entity financial planning, budgeting and forecasting
- Proven leadership in multinational and matrix organizations and ability to build and mentor teams
