Requirements- 4+ years of experience authoring or collaborating on business requirements documents or functional specifications
- 3+ years of experience managing technical delivery or software development projects
- Experience with all aspects and roles in the SDLC/ITLC (Software Development Life Cycle, Information Technology Life Cycle)
- Bachelor's Degree in a related technical or business field or equivalent work experience
- Six Sigma certification
- PMP certification
- Big 4 consulting or similar experience
- Collaborate with business partners to understand business challenges and define and document requirements for new solutions
- Engage with the Business and IT stakeholders in a proactive, ongoing basis to ensure the capture of complete business requirements
- Understand business problems and develop materials to make the business case to solve those business problems
- Ensure alignment of project priorities to a multi-year capabilities roadmap
- Establish user acceptance plans and criteria working with business stakeholders
- Manage end-to-end delivery project with quality and within schedule and budget
