The Vice President, Digital Transformation and AI, will lead the team responsible for development and rollout of Enterprise-wide AI capabilities. This is a critical leadership role within the Transformation Office, reporting into the SVP of Transformation.
The primary goal of this role is to identify, drive, and realize high-impact use cases across the enterprise that are capable of delivering hundreds of millions of dollars in cost savings and productivity gains. To achieve this goal, the role needs to:
Bridge the gap between technical AI implementation and tangible business value
Ensure AI initiatives are tightly integrated with broader transformation goals, avoiding fragmented, siloed projects
Establish a clear framework for measuring and communicating the business value of AI, linking initiatives to specific KPIs and tangible outcomes.
champion change management, skills development, and AI literacy across the organization
deliver speed to value by providing focused oversight that will accelerate productivity delivery and maximize return on investments
The role will need to be agnostic of any one team's agenda or mandate. It needs to hold all teams across the entire company - every function and every business, accountable for delivery of the digital mandate. It will also need to partner with the EIT, GBS, and Digital organizations to ensure a collaborative approach to solving real business challenges through AI. This role will have regular interaction with both VP-level executives across all business units and functions and the C-Suite
The role is expected to have far reaching impact into every part of the organization and requires both technical expertise in AI and strong business acumen in understanding organizations and how they effectively operate.
