The Design Technology Platform (DTP) organization is a global team which supports both technology and product development (internal and external).  This includes design innovations driven through Design-Technology Co-Optimization (DTCO) to enable the technology to deliver the best Power, Performance, Area, and Cost (PPAC) for new products, the development of test vehicles that support the technology and IP development process, and the development of the design technology platform that customers will use to design in Intel process technology nodes.   The latter includes the development of Process Design Kits (PDKs), Foundational IP (FIP), and Foundry Reference Flows, which are high quality and easy to use for fast time-to-market for our products. This organization is an integral part of Intel’s Foundry strategy, enabling both internal and external customers to use cutting-edge technologies.

  • Fosters continuous improvement practices for better customer outcomes.   Drives improvements in automation and validation methodologies to simultaneously improve efficiency and quality.
  • Responds quickly to customer requirements and feedback and ensures comprehensive root cause methodologies are in place across teams to learn from customer feedback.
  • Promotes a healthy and rewarding work environment for the organization.    Coaches staff to develop and expand their capabilities.    Sets clear goals and vision for the organization and resources teams to reach those goals.

Experience Required:

  • A combination of business acumen, organizational savvy, and technical expertise.
