Job Description
Role Summary
Leads the product strategy, prioritization, and business adoption of enterprise data products that support decision-making, operational efficiency, and scalable analytics across the organization. This role partners with business, architecture, engineering, and governance leaders to define product vision, translate business needs into clear roadmaps, and ensure delivery of trusted, high-value data capabilities. The role is accountable for aligning data product investments to business outcomes, adoption, and enterprise standards.
Key Responsibilities
Define and execute the enterprise data product strategy aligned to business priorities and operating needs.
Partner with business stakeholders to identify, assess, and prioritize high-value data product opportunities.
Translate business requirements into clear product roadmaps, release priorities, and delivery plans.
Lead cross-functional coordination across product, data engineering, architecture, governance, and business teams.
Establish product success measures, adoption plans, and feedback loops to improve value delivery.
Ensure data products are aligned to governance, security, quality, and operational standards.
Drive consistency in data product design, user experience, and lifecycle management across regions and functions.
Skills & Qualifications
Technical knowledge and systems expertise: Strong understanding of enterprise data platforms, data products, analytics ecosystems, and the data foundations required for scalable business use cases.
Analytical and problem-solving skills: Ability to assess business needs, prioritize high-value opportunities, and balance feasibility, risk, and business value.
Communication and collaboration capabilities: Strong executive communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional alignment skills.
Ability to work in cross-functional or global teams: Experience leading product initiatives across global teams and coordinating across business and technology functions.
Understanding of technology governance, security, or operational practices: Strong understanding of data governance, risk, control, security, and operating standards, with experience embedding them into product delivery.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience within asset management, private markets, financial services, or similar complex industries.
Experience supporting data products used for analytics, reporting, automation, or AI use cases.
Familiarity with product operating models, agile delivery practices, and data governance frameworks.
Advanced degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
