Credit Card Product Management

To succeed in this role, you'll need to stay ahead of the curve in terms of market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute product strategies that drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth. Your ability to analyze complex data, think strategically, and communicate effectively will be essential in driving business outcomes.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Developing and executing product proposition for credit cards
- Monitoring and reporting product performance, conducting market comparison, competitor analysis and identify opportunities to continuously optimise a product proposition
- Managing projects which include system enhancements, integration and technology upgrades.
- Working closely with technology and system team to develop user requirements, product test scripts, perform UAT and/or regression tests and ensure timely delivery.
- Performing gap analysis and implementing regulatory changes
Who you are
- Any degree, with at least 10 years of experience in consumer lending product management or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in credit card portfolio management is highly desired
- Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- A strategic thinker with a customer-centric approach and a passion for innovation
