We are currently seeking a VP - Commercial Revenue FP&A to join our Global FP&A team in our New York, NY location.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee budgeting and forecasting for the commercial business (affiliate revenue, content licensing revenue, advertising revenue, and relationship management marketing)
- Oversee Digital Ad Sales Revenue modeling for AMCN OLV, VOD, DAI, and AVOD/FAST partnerships.
- Oversee tracking and forecasting of spending by the Commercial Revenue group throughout all key financial cycles (Forecast, Budget, Monthly Closes and Estimates). Identify and communicate risks and opportunities.
- Support the preparation of Board of Director's Budget presentations and quarterly reporting
- Identify and oversee tracking of Commercial Revenue metrics, including audience delivery and pricing, revenue per hour (content licensing), Rate Per Basic Subscriber
- Own system financial system management to ensure systems meet the teams evolving needs
- Work closely with P&I and Research teams
- Provide ongoing support to SVP-Finance, Commercial Revenue in fundamental reporting and analysis, and ad hoc tasks.
- Manage and develop a high-performing team of finance leaders
QUALIFICATIONS (Required & Preferred)
- BA/BS or equivalent working experience
- MBA or pursuing MBA preferred
- 10 plus years of experience in Finance or Management Consulting
- Strong analytical skills and experience with reporting and data analysis
- Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with data visualization tools and financial systems (e.g., Oracle, Essbase, etc.)
- Must be a creative problem solver and a quick thinker
- Comfortable working in high pressure situations.
The base compensation for this position is $200,000 - $240,000 commensurate with experience.
