What We Do
RNG Group is a relationship-focused recruiting agency based in the Boise area. Founded from Jessica Cafferty’s frustration with automated hiring and conventional recruiting agencies, it connects qualified candidates with Northwestern companies. The firm emphasizes listening, authentic relationships, cultural fit, and tailored recruitment processes rather than keyword screening, helping employers reduce unqualified applications and fill positions with people who can thrive in their teams.
