DUTIES: Perform model validation of the tools, systems, dashboards, and reports that maintain relevant regulatory data and/or is used to handle the swap dealer and broker-dealer supervisory activities. Analyze costs (direct and indirect), swap dealer employee activities (e.g., trades, communications, internal requirements), and provide recommendations on course of action based on trends, applicable regulatory requirements, and other relevant considerations. Support the team with day-to-day activities and operations of Markets (swap dealer and broker-dealer businesses) by developing and/or using advance analytical tools, systems, and automation flows to streamline processes, produce relevant reports and data, and handle business requests and challenges. Assist the team with reviewing or formalizing policies and procedures, particularly with detailing analytical or intelligence tools, systems, dashboards, and automation flows. Perform or assist the team with reviews to determine the bank’s compliance with regulatory requirements, as well as to minimize regulatory risks. Regularly support or engage with a wide scope of stakeholders, including senior leadership, such as, but not limited to, Markets management team members, Business Managers, Wholesale and Rural, and representatives of Finance and Control, Compliance, Legal, Risk and HR. Handle the technical support and enhancement of advance analytical tools, systems, dashboards, and automation flows. Telecommuting permitted up to 40%.REQUIREMENTS: Position requires a Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Finance, Economics, Business Management or related field and five (5) years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in job offered or in a VP - Business Development and Controls-related occupation. Position requires demonstrable experience in the following: Demonstrable experience drafting concise memorandums, or similar writing content, focused on business strategies, regulatory change management, and/or project implementation; Demonstrable experience presenting concise information including to senior executives, on swap dealer regulatory requirements; Demonstrable experience leading multiple and complex projects with the offering of new financial products and services for clients or hedging activities, from initial conception to operational readiness; Demonstrable experience building or assessing macros, data analytic and automation solutions (KNIME, PowerBI, Power Automate or similar), and advance programing languages related to data modeling, analytics, and internal/external reporting; Demonstrable experience using advance programming language related to data modeling; Demonstrable experience identifying operational risks through the business process, performing risk assessments, design the control framework governing the operational risks within the appetite; Demonstrable knowledge with U.S. swap dealer rules, regulations, and financial products.Rate of pay: $170,120 to $190,000 per year
