Job Description

The Role

This role sits within Technology & Operations (T&O) and acts as the primary interface between Business, Technology and Operations.

You will serve as the primary point of contact for business technology needs, supporting initiatives across projects, change requests and production issues, while ensuring structured governance, clear communication and effective stakeholder alignment.

This is a business‑facing coordination and governance role that supports delivery outcomes through requirement translation, dependency management and decision facilitation across Business, Technology and Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the single point of contact for Retail Business on technology related matters, including projects, change requests and production issues
• Advise, anticipate and translate business requirements into end‑to‑end solution considerations, working closely with multiple in-country and group stakeholders
• Support new projects from initiation and solutioning through smooth transition into delivery teams, ensuring clarity of scope, dependencies and readiness
• Review, prioritise and coordinate change requests (CRs) across Technology and Operations in line with business priorities and governance standards
• Coordinate and facilitate communication during production issues, ensuring Business is kept informed on impact, status and resolution
• Engage stakeholders at appropriate seniority levels to support effective discussions, escalation and decision‑making
• Support both Change‑the‑Bank and Run‑the‑Bank activities through disciplined governance and structured stakeholder management

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or equivalent
• Minimum 5–10 years of relevant working experience, preferably within the Banking or Financial Services industry, with exposure to complex, cross‑functional environments
• Prior experience in technology business partnering, or functional business analysis roles is preferred
• Strong business analysis, requirements translation and process mapping skills, with the ability to structure ambiguous problems and frame clear options
• Working knowledge of SDLC, Agile methodologies and project management frameworks is an advantage
• Proven ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders, facilitating discussions, alignment and decision‑making across Business, Technology and Operations
• Strong analytical, written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to synthesise issues and present clear, concise narratives for senior audiences
• Highly self‑driven, structured and results‑oriented, able to operate effectively in a lean, matrixed organisation
