Job Description
The Vice President, Brand Marketing will be the strategic leader responsible for shaping and driving the vision, positioning, and growth of Moen and House of Rohl (HofR). This role will define and execute brand strategies that strengthen consumer connections, differentiate Moen and HofR in the market, and drive long-term business growth. Partnering closely with cross-functional teams, the VP will ensure Moen and House of Rohl voice and identity are compelling, consistent, and seamlessly integrated across all channels and consumer touchpoints.
With a deep understanding of consumer behavior, cultural trends, and the competitive landscape, this role will lead Moen and HofR evolution while fostering a high-performing marketing team. The ideal candidate will combine analytical rigor with creative excellence to elevate Moen and HofR relevance, engagement, and commercial success.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Enable the development and execution of a clear, compelling Moen and HofR strategy that aligns with company objectives and fuels sustainable growth.
- Serve as the strategic Moen and HofR lead, partnering closely with the CMO and executive stakeholders to influence company-wide initiatives and ensure brand integrity across all touchpoints.
- Oversee integrated marketing communications, ensuring campaigns are insight-driven, channel-optimized, and aligned to business priorities.
- Enable and inspire a high-performing Moen and HofR marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and professional growth.
- Leverage consumer insights, market data, and competitive analysis to refine messaging, identify whitespace, and uncover new growth opportunities.
- Build and maintain brand architecture and governance standards that drive consistency across marketing, product, digital, packaging, and in-market execution.
- Manage key agency and partner relationships, ensuring strategic alignment, creative excellence, and strong ROI.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Innovation, Sales, Digital, and Customer Experience teams to align brand strategies with commercial execution.
- Establish key performance metrics and processes to evaluate brand health, marketing effectiveness, and audience engagement.
- Lead brand innovation efforts, identifying emerging trends and cultural shifts to evolve brand relevance and future-proof the portfolio.
Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 20+ years of progressive marketing experience, including brand strategy, integrated campaigns, and leadership of cross-functional teams.
- 10+ years of senior-level team leadership with a demonstrated ability to build, scale, and coach high-performing teams.
- Proven success in building and growing consumer brands in a dynamic, matrixed organization.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical capabilities and a data-informed approach to decision-making.
- Exceptional storytelling, communication, and influence skills, with the ability to engage executive stakeholders and inspire teams.
- Experience managing agency partners, budgets, and complex marketing ecosystems.
- Deep understanding of consumer behavior, digital marketing, and brand engagement best practices.
- Comfortable operating in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities and high expectations.
- Expertise in market research, data analytics and consumer behaviors with a proven ability to improve consumer retention
- Experience working in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment with multiple stakeholders.

Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range, or be above or below the range, based on factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, professional achievement, business need, and location. In addition to base salary, employees will participate in either an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based sales incentive plan.
