We are seeking a visionary Head of Artificial Intelligence to define and lead the organization's enterprise AI strategy while driving innovation, business transformation, and scalable AI adoption across the enterprise. This role is ideal for an experienced technology leader with deep expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Large Language Models (LLMs), and MLOps, combined with the ability to build high-performing teams and translate AI initiatives into measurable business outcomes.
As the Head of AI, you will oversee the complete AI lifecycle, from strategy and solution design to deployment, governance, and continuous optimization. Working closely with executive leadership, product, engineering, and business teams, you will establish AI as a core capability that accelerates growth, improves operational efficiency, and enables responsible, enterprise-scale innovation.
RequirementsKey Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term enterprise AI and Machine Learning strategy aligned with business objectives and digital transformation initiatives.
- Build, lead, and mentor high-performing teams of data scientists, AI engineers, machine learning engineers, and AI researchers.
- Oversee the end-to-end AI lifecycle, including data preparation, model development, validation, deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
- Drive the adoption of AI-powered solutions across products, operations, and business functions to enhance revenue growth and operational efficiency.
- Develop scalable AI platforms and MLOps practices to ensure reliable, secure, and production-ready AI deployments.
- Establish governance frameworks for responsible AI, model risk management, data privacy, regulatory compliance, and ethical AI practices.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and executive stakeholders to identify high-impact AI opportunities and integrate intelligent capabilities into core business processes.
- Evaluate emerging AI technologies, frameworks, and industry trends to maintain a competitive advantage and foster continuous innovation.
- Define AI architecture standards, performance metrics, and best practices for enterprise-wide implementation.
- Communicate AI strategy, progress, and business impact effectively to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
- 13+ years of experience in technology, data, or AI leadership, including significant experience leading enterprise-scale AI and Machine Learning initiatives.
- Proven success managing and scaling multidisciplinary AI, Data Science, and Machine Learning teams.
- Strong hands-on expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs), neural networks, Machine Learning, Generative AI, and modern AI frameworks.
- Deep understanding of MLOps, AI deployment pipelines, model governance, and production AI operations.
- Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP) for AI and data solutions.
- Strong knowledge of responsible AI practices, data governance, model risk management, privacy, and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent strategic thinking, business acumen, and the ability to translate AI capabilities into measurable business value.
- Outstanding stakeholder management and executive communication skills with experience influencing senior leadership.
- Master's degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Statistics, Data Science, or a related quantitative discipline is preferred.
- Passion for building innovative AI-driven products, leading organizational transformation, and establishing world-class AI capabilities at enterprise scale.
