We are seeking a dynamic Vice President of Analytics Insight Innovation and Strategy to lead the development and execution of our analytics strategy, priorities, and roadmap in collaboration with the Product Management team. This leader will oversee a team delivering custom dashboarding engagements to providers, ensuring streamlined delivery across multiple teams and a seamless client experience. The role will drive cross-functional collaboration to develop innovative approaches to integrating and analyzing data sets, delivering actionable insights that empower our clients to achieve their goals. The ideal candidate combines strategic vision, technical expertise, and a passion for innovation in healthcare analytics.
Role Responsibilities:
- Develop and Execute Analytics Strategy: Collaborate with Product Management to establish and implement a comprehensive analytics strategy, defining priorities and a clear roadmap aligned with organizational goals.
- Lead and Manage Teams: Oversee a high-performing team responsible for delivering custom dashboarding engagements to providers, ensuring efficient, client-focused delivery and cross-team coordination.
- Drive Innovation in Data Integration: Work collaboratively with domain-specific teams to design and implement novel approaches to integrating and analyzing diverse data sets, enhancing the value of insights delivered to clients.
- Ensure Client Success: Develop and maintain a clear, scalable delivery framework for client engagements, ensuring exceptional quality, satisfaction, and measurable impact.
- Foster Collaboration Across Teams: Act as a strategic partner to internal teams, including Product, Engineering, and Client Services, to ensure alignment and leverage cross-functional expertise.
- Monitor Trends and Influence Strategy: Stay abreast of emerging trends in analytics, data visualization, and healthcare technology to inform and refine the organization's innovation agenda.
Estimated Hiring Range:
At Vizient, we consider skills, experience, and organizational needs in our compensation approach. Geographic factors may adjust the range estimate and hires typically fall below the top range. Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances. The current salary range for this role is $187,800.00 to $348,300.00.
This position is also incentive eligible.
