Who are we hiring?
The VP AI Strategy & Integration will lead the MSG family of companies’ AI strategy, governance, and implementation with a focus on operational efficiency. This executive position will be responsible for developing AI-driven strategies, ensuring secure and responsible AI integration, and optimizing business processes through automation. The VP AI Strategy & Integration will combine technical expertise, strategic foresight, and enterprise leadership to drive AI adoption that enhances business performance while maintaining security and compliance. In this role, the VP will evaluate, select, and be responsible for the implementation of AI platforms that align with enterprise needs, ensuring AI-driven solutions are cost-effective, and high-impact. This position will work closely with business leaders to identify AI use cases, prioritizing initiatives that improve efficiency, decision-making, and competitive advantage. Additionally, you will partner with IT and Information Security leadership to integrate AI into existing enterprise systems, ensuring robust infrastructure, data governance, and cybersecurity protocols. The ideal candidate will be a visionary leader with a deep understanding of AI technologies, governance frameworks, and enterprise-scale implementation.
What will you do?
- Develop and lead the organization’s AI strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and long-term growth
- Identify and prioritize AI-driven opportunities to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance decision-making
- Define a roadmap for AI implementation across all business units, ensuring scalability and measurable ROI
- Stay ahead of AI advancements, emerging technologies, and industry trends, continuously assessing new innovations to drive strategic AI adoption
- Evaluate, select, and implement enterprise AI platforms that ensure scalability, security, and cost efficiency
- Oversee AI infrastructure and ensure seamless integration with existing enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, HCM, supply chain, etc.)
- Develop a framework for AI solution deployment including vendor selection, internal development, and hybrid approaches
- Collaborate with business leaders across functions (venue operations, finance, HR, customer experiences) to identify, test, and implement high-impact AI use cases
- Perform other broad duties as needed/directed to accomplish the overall Data & Analytics mission at MSG.
What do you need to succeed?
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in AI, Data Science, Business strategy or related field (Advanced degree preferred).
- 15+ years’ experience in AI strategy, data & analytics, or digital transformation leadership.
- Strong expertise in AI governance, cybersecurity, risk management, and compliance frameworks
- Proven track record of leading AI-driven business efficiency initiatives in a complex enterprise environment
- Experience selecting, integrating, and managing enterprise AI platforms
- Strong knowledge of AI applications in automation, data analytics, and enterprise systems
- Ability to work cross-functionally with business leaders, IT teams, and external AI vendors
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and change management skills
- Ability to communicate complex quantitative analysis in a clear, precise, and actionable manner to executive, technical and non-technical audiences.
Special Requirements
- Mainly office/computer work, sitting/standing attending meetings, conference calls, etc.
- Travel limited to 15-20% based on the needs of the company.
