Leads high-volume venue recruiting for hourly and salaried roles, including full-cycle recruitment, hiring event planning, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, onboarding coordination, and candidate communication. Oversee multi-state and local payroll tax operations, including compliance, tax law monitoring, W-2 processing, reconciliations, registrations, audits, agency notices, and year-end activities. Manage payroll system integrations between Oracle and ADP, resolve discrepancies, support SOX and internal controls compliance, and partner with Accounting and Treasury on accruals and general ledger reconciliation. Identify process improvements while collaborating with Payroll, HR, Accounting, and external vendors.

Creates and executes short-form social media content for MSG Entertainment venues and the Rockettes. Responsibilities include filming, editing, producing, and posting TikTok and Instagram Reels; leading on-site event shoots; developing social concepts; analyzing performance; tracking trends; coordinating with internal teams and partners; and assisting with budgets and music licensing. Requires availability for nights and weekends during live events.

Administer, configure, optimize, and support Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials, including GL, AP, AR, FA, FAH, and Expenses. Troubleshoot incidents, accounting exceptions, integrations, scheduled processes, and reconciliation issues. Support controls, month-end close, reporting, quarterly release testing, UAT, enhancements, and process improvements while partnering with Finance, Accounting, Procurement, and IT stakeholders.

Supports administration, optimization, and daily operations of Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Sales Cloud. Supports day-to-day accounting for the Corporate Aviation Department, including general ledger maintenance, journal entries, accruals, prepaid amortization, account reconciliations, related-party billing, accounts payable, travel and expense processing, reclasses, audit requests, and ad hoc reporting. The role collaborates with Finance, Corporate Accounting, Aviation teams, and management while supporting special projects and accounting operations.

Tests and documents internal controls over financial reporting to support SOX 404 compliance. Evaluates control design and operating effectiveness, identifies deficiencies and root causes, recommends process improvements, coordinates remediation and testing, manages evidence requests and workpapers, and supports external auditors. The role also assists with IT control testing, supervises student or staff resources, develops business-owner relationships, and handles internal audit projects.

Partners with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational objectives across performance management, employee relations, labor relations, compliance, workforce analytics, engagement, and change management. Provides guidance on complex employee matters, collective bargaining agreements, organizational design, and employment laws. Lead functional configuration, security, and support of Oracle Fusion HCM modules (Core HR, Talent, Compensation, Learning, HR Help Desk). Partner with HR to gather requirements, design solutions, configure UX using HCM Design Studio/Redwood/Visual Builder, manage UAT, production support, regression testing for Oracle updates, and maintain documentation and SLAs.

Design, develop, integrate, and support Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud technical solutions across Core HR, Payroll, Time & Labor, Absence, Learning, and Talent. Build and maintain integrations, HCM extracts, BI Publisher/OTBI reports, Fast Formulas, and data loads (HDL/HSDL). Provide Tier 2/3 support, participate in UAT, document solutions, and collaborate with HR and IT stakeholders to ensure stability and improvements.
