Support SVP/Deputy General Counsel & Secretary on securities compliance and corporate secretary duties: prepare board and shareholder materials, minutes, NYSE and SEC filings (Forms 10-Q, 10-K, 8-K, Forms 3/4), manage subsidiary records, stock plans, transfer agent and trading clearance, coordinate annual meetings and filings, and maintain compliance calendars and corporate records.

Lead procurement for venue operations including FF&E, vendor/service contracts, RFQs/RFPs, bidding, negotiation, budget tracking, and vendor management. Collaborate with venue management and stakeholders to optimize procure-to-pay processes, identify value engineering opportunities, maintain procurement databases, and ensure compliant, cost-effective sourcing for capital and operational projects.

Lead and grow a DevOps and Cloud Engineering team, define cloud and DevOps standards, oversee infrastructure automation, CI/CD, observability, cost optimization, security compliance, and 24/7 operations while mentoring engineers and driving process improvements.

Monitor print, online, broadcast, radio and social media for MSG mentions; capture, format and upload clips into Meltwater; produce media briefs and analytics; transcribe segments; research pitching opportunities; and provide backup coverage for the News Services team while meeting formatting and deadline standards.

Lead FP&A for venue operations, food & beverage, and merchandise across theaters. Prepare annual budgets, monthly forecasts, month-end reporting and variance analysis, manage expense tracking, support accounting close, analyze POS/Data Warehouse flows, assist POS integrations, and provide ad hoc financial analysis and operational support.

Support corporate accounting with monthly and quarterly close tasks including journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations (cash, debt, fixed assets), expense allocations, monthly result reporting, auditor collaboration, preparation of quarterly tax deliverables, process improvements, and cross-functional liaison with AP/AR/Treasury/Tax/FP&A.

Lead configuration and support of Oracle Fusion HCM (Payroll, Time & Labor, Absence) including Fast Formula development, end-to-end implementations, production support, testing/UAT, stakeholder collaboration, documentation, and continuous optimization to ensure compliance, data integrity, and operational efficiency.

Lead full-lifecycle recruitment for technology roles across venues, studios, and corporate teams. Build talent pipelines, develop sourcing strategies, advise hiring managers, manage offers and metrics, and improve recruiting processes while delivering exceptional candidate and client experiences.

Provide in-house legal counsel on technology, digital, and privacy matters; draft and negotiate SaaS, cloud, telecom, and enterprise contracts; manage NDAs and data processing agreements; advise on cybersecurity, data security, and regulatory compliance; partner with IT, Procurement, and InfoSec to deliver practical, business-focused legal guidance.
