Purpose

As one of the fastest- growing companies in the industry Capital Vacations Voyage Sales Representative speaks with guests after they have met with the sales representative to discuss becoming a trial owner with Capital Vacations.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

  • Presents information to the guest on the benefits of vacation ownership with Capital Vacations, LLC.
  • Completes property tours of the condos and discuss guest needs
  • Build the dream of vacation for guests
  • Map out the benefits Capital Vacations travel program has to offer
  • Calls Manager to present financial options for potential ownership with Capital Vacations, LLC.
  • All other duties as assigned

Education, Essential Training / Certifications, and Experience:

  • High School diploma/GED referred
  • Real Estate License or be willing to obtain one
  • Maintain 10% closing, measured by monthly sales reports

  • Full Time Position - Possible Holidays and Weekends
