About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Product Manager to join our growing team. This role sits at the intersection of payments, POS infrastructure, and enterprise billing, making it ideal for someone with hands-on experience in fintech or payment ecosystems.

You will take ownership of the POS and billing product suite, drive integrations with payment partners, and act as the key bridge between engineering, business stakeholders, and enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and drive the end-to-end product roadmap for POS and billing solutions

  • Lead API integrations with payment gateways and partners (UPI, cards, wallets)

  • Define and optimize billing logic, reconciliation, and settlement workflows

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, business, and client teams

  • Translate merchant and client requirements into PRDs, wireframes, and user stories

  • Continuously improve product experience based on data insights and user feedback

Required Skills & Experience
  • Strong understanding of POS systems (both hardware and software ecosystems)

  • Experience working with billing engines, invoicing systems, and ERP integrations

  • In-depth knowledge of UPI, payment rails, and the Indian digital payments landscape

  • Hands-on exposure to REST APIs, webhooks, and SDK integrations

  • Solid understanding of payment lifecycle, including settlement cycles and chargebacks

  • Ability to manage complex integrations and multiple stakeholders

  • Prior experience in fintech, payments, or SaaS platforms

  • Exposure to merchant-facing products

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset

Skills Required

  • 2-6 years of relevant product experience
