Position Overview:  

As a Senior Solutions Specialist, Voice of Customer (VoC) at Autodesk, you will be responsible for creating a technical solution for capturing, analyzing, and acting on customer feedback to enhance Autodesk products and services. You will also be responsible for developing and maintaining a robust customer feedback loop to ensure continuous improvement and alignment with customer expectations.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Development, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success, to ensure that our technology solutions can meet the evolving needs of our Voice of Customer program.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a multi-year technology strategy for the Voice of Customer (VoC) program to systematically capture and analyse customer feedback across multiple channels

  • Guide implementation of closed loop designs with customers and empower go to market teams with access to actionable insights

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements for customer feedback and ensure they have the capabilities to integrate customer insights into product development, marketing strategies, and customer support initiatives 

  • Work with product managers and engineering teams on translating market requirements for our voice of customer and customer experience programs into a technical roadmap of prioritized capabilities and improvements 

  • Hands on technical implementation and User Acceptance Testing of solutions in platforms such as Qualtrics, Salesforce

Minimum Qualifications

  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful Voice of Customer technical solutions that drive significant improvements in customer satisfaction and loyalty 

  • Excellent communication skills for a diverse audience from technical engineers to business leads, to convert the importance of the work to leadership.  

  • Strong project management skills with experience in using project management software and methodologies 

  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams with proven success in leading cross-departmental projects and initiatives 

  • Experience with customer feedback tools and platforms, such as Medallia, Qualtrics, or similar, and familiarity with CRM systems and other customer data management tools
