What this role is all about
The Voice Commercial Executive drives regional growth and sales performance across North America. Acting as both a product champion and sales enabler, the role turns Voice strategy into regional execution to sustain momentum and growth. Key priorities are growing Voice UCaaS & CCaaS (service) platforms, Voice AI platforms and Voice wholesale business in NAM.
The role also manages a HQ-provided named account list, leading executive outreach, qualifying accounts, and setting up Discovery meetings to convert engagement into pipeline opportunities.
This is a role with a strong outbound focus also owns outbound prospecting, campaign execution, and opportunity creation. Success is measured by pipeline generation, customer engagement, outbound activity, revenue, and profit uplift. The role also bridges local sales teams and HQ by sharing market insights and customer feedback to support regional planning.
What you’ll do
Regional Strategy & Execution
- Align Voice strategy with company objectives and build execution plans for NAM.
- Drive initiatives that increase traction, improve profitability, and support new and existing customers.
- Lead monetization priorities Voice UCaaS & CCaaS (service) platforms, Voice AI platforms and Voice wholesale.
- Create and close opportunities through outbound prospecting and self-originated campaigns.
- Support testing and validation of new business motions in NAM including new customer segments, new products introductions, new business models and new initiatives.
Outbound Sales & Opportunity Creation
- Own the outbound sales cycle across NAM in close collaboration with Voice AEs and CGEs
- Prospect, research, and target customers through multi-channel outreach to build a self-generated pipeline.
- Execute HQ-led executive outreach campaigns, qualify named accounts, secure Discovery meetings, and progress opportunities.
- Run campaigns focused on Voice UCaaS & CCaaS (service) platforms, Voice AI platforms and Voice wholesale from identification through close.
Sales Support & Customer Engagement
- Support regional sales teams with training, enablement, and commercial guidance.
- Spend time with customers to build relationships, understand needs, and identify adoption opportunities.
- Participate in key sales cycles, leveraging Voice expertise to close deals and grow GP.
- Provide local support to US revenue teams with same-day business decisions and joint account planning.
Product Expertise & Market Insights
- Maintain deep knowledge of Voice products, competition, and trends across Voice UCaaS & CCaaS (service) platforms, Voice AI platforms and Voice wholesale
- Serve as the regional Voice expert for sales teams, CGEs and customers.
- Gather market feedback, customer insights, and competitive intelligence for HQ.
- Identify and validate newly created Voice AI platforms as Infobip ICPs.
Collaboration & Communication
- Work closely with HQ and regional stakeholders to align product strategy and commercial initiatives.
- Bridge NAM sales teams and the global Platform team through communication and knowledge sharing.
- Monitor pipeline velocity, forecasting, account strategy, and planning to achieve commercial targets.

- Proven experience in Voice product sales, with a track record of exceeding quota through outbound prospecting and self-generated pipeline.
- Strong commercial mindset with analytical, sales acceleration, and negotiation skills.
- Experience in solution selling, including proposals, value propositions, pricing, and contract negotiation.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with customer-facing confidence.
- Proactive, self-starter mindset with a hunter attitude and the ability to work independently across North America.
- Fluent in English; additional regional languages are a plus.
- Willingness to travel to support key opportunities, field teams, and executive engagement with named accounts.
- Open to travel within the U.S. based on customer and business needs.

Additional Information
Salary Range: $130,000-$180,000 USD annual base salary (the salary of the finalist selected for this role will be based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to internal equity, job-related knowledge, experience, education, and skillset). This role is also eligible for quarterly discretionary bonus.
