Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Voice and Video Collaboration Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will design, implement, and support cutting-edge video conferencing and AV solutions. You will collaborate across teams to troubleshoot complex systems, drive operational efficiency, and ensure seamless communication experiences.
Primary Responsibilities:

Design, engineer, and support video conferencing and AV integration solutions.

Implement and manage Cisco video endpoint products and video infrastructure.

Support and manage Microsoft Teams/Office 365 and Cisco WebEx environments.

Configure and optimize WebEx Control Hub and Smart Board/Collaboration board devices.

Manage video streaming using Multicast, Unicast, and HLS technologies.

Provide expertise in Video on Demand solutions.

Analyze data to inform business decisions and enhance operational processes.

Lead troubleshooting sessions involving multiple teams and stakeholders.
Education and Experience Required:
Combined minimum of 6 years’ higher education and/or work experience in systems design, management and/or architecture
3-6 years of direct experience with Video Conferencing/AV integration design, engineering, installation, and support.
Experience with Cisco endpoint products, including Cisco Video Infrastructure.
Experience with Microsoft Teams/Office 365.
Strong experience with Cisco WebEx.
Strong experience with Cisco Smart Board/Collaboration board devices.
Strong knowledge of Webex Control Hub.
Experience with video streaming using Multicast, Unicast, HLS.
Experience with Video on Demand.
Ability to use data to drive business decisions.
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
Strong teamwork and team-building skills.
Experience leading complex troubleshooting sessions with multiple teams.
Education and Experience Preferred:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering
Digital signage experience.
Cisco Certification is a plus.
Microsoft certification is a plus.
ITIL foundation and above is a plus.
Knowledge of Cisco Spaces is a plus.
Strong knowledge of Power BI and Excel.
M&T Bank is committed to fair, competitive, and market-informed pay for our employees. The pay range for this position is $93,581.10 - $155,968.51 Annual (USD). The successful candidate’s particular combination of knowledge, skills, and experience will inform their specific compensation.
