What this role is all about

The Voice GTM Director is a regional growth and commercial enablement role focused on accelerating Voice revenue in North America through strategic execution, sales partnership, and market expertise.

You will drive Voice growth across North America by translating global strategy into focused regional execution. In this role, you will partner closely with sales, product, operations, and customer-facing teams to accelerate strategic opportunities, expand Voice adoption, and improve regional revenue and profitability.

You will act as a commercial and market expert for Infobip Voice, helping shape go-to-market priorities through customer insight, market knowledge, and strong cross-functional collaboration.

What you'll doRegional Growth & Execution
  • Build and execute regional Voice growth plans for North America.
  • Identify whitespace opportunities across enterprise customers, digital platforms, and key verticals.
  • Identify ideal customer portfolio and map feature gaps comparing to market.
  • Drive Voice adoption through clear commercial action and market focus.
  • Drive initiatives that improve revenue, profitability, and regional traction.
Sales Support & Customer Engagement
  • Partner with regional sales teams to drive strategic opportunities and improve win rates.
  • Provide commercial guidance and customer-facing support throughout the sales cycle.
  • Help accelerate deal velocity through strong Voice positioning and enablement.
  • Lead commercial and solution conversations around key Voice use cases such as number masking, SIP trunking, inbound and outbound routing, and Voice messaging.
Voice Expertise & Market Insight
  • Act as the regional point of coordination for Voice growth priorities, aligning sales, product, operations, and leadership around market opportunities and execution plans.
  • Serve as the regional Voice subject matter expert, advising sales teams and customers on coverage, pricing and regulation to improve solution fit, commercial outcomes, and customer experience.
  • Maintain strong knowledge of North America Voice market dynamics and customer needs.
  • Capture market feedback and structured insights to help shape regional GTM strategy and product direction.
  • Drive best practices that improve Voice performance, onboarding, and delivery experience.
Collaboration
  • Work closely with Product Management, Global GTM, and regional leadership.
  • Drive pipeline movement and monetization efforts.
  • Partner cross-functionally to translate strategy into executable regional plans.
  • Contribute to operational improvements that strengthen customer experience and commercial outcomes.
What Makes You a Strong Fit
  • You bring a strong commercial background in sales, GTM, business development, product commercialization, or solutions roles.
  • You bring experience in Voice, telecom, CPaaS, or related communications products.
  • You are customer-facing, confident in conversations, and strong at presenting and influencing.
  • You understand how to turn strategy into execution and commercial results.
  • You are analytical and proactive, with the ability to work cross-functionally and turn market insight into executable commercial action.
  • You have experience in North America markets.
  • You are open to travel within the U.S. as needed.
Nice to have qualifications
  • Experience with deliverability, routing, or pricing models.
  • Knowledge of CLI rules, emergency routing, or other Voice compliance topics.
  • Experience with WebRTC, Voice bots, OTT Voice, or AI-driven quality improvements.
  • Background in enterprise sales, solutions sales, or channel/partner GTM.

Additional Information
Salary Range: $140,000-$180,000 USD annual base salary (the salary of the finalist selected for this role will be based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to internal equity, job-related knowledge, experience, education, and skillset). This role is also eligible to receive an annual bonus, based on both individual and company performance.
Benefits & Perks: Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance; Basic life insurance; 401(k) plan participation with company match; Short-term and long-term disability insurance; Wellness plan of up to $500/year pro-rated based on hire date; PTO: Accrual of up to twenty-three (23) vacation days per year, accrual of up to nine (9) sick days per year, plus carryover of up to nine (9) sick days annually; Additional leave time for marriage, relocation, bereavement, and other major life events; Twelve (12) weeks of paid parental leave; Participation in employee share ownership plan (ESOP); Fourteen (14) paid holidays annually.
