The Voice Product Sales Director/Product Sales Expert drives regional growth and achieves sales targets for Voice across the North America region. Acting as a deliverability champion and strategic partner, the PSE translates company strategy and work done with the product teams into actionable regional plans, collaborates with local sales teams to position Infobip Voice as a superior product through deliverability, and identifies market opportunities to maximize gross profit, and guide customers toward best-in-class deliverability practices. Success is measured by gross profit increase, the number of strategic opportunities closed as won, and the successful rollout of deliverability-focused product initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Regional Strategy & Execution
- Translate global Voice strategy into actionable regional sales plans aligned with business targets.
- Identify whitespace opportunities across North America enterprise customers, digital platforms, and key verticals to drive adoption.
- Build and deliver initiatives that accelerate Voice traction and improve profitability, that you will be driving with customer-facing roles for new and existing customers.
Sales Support & Customer Engagement
- Support regional sales teams through training, enablement, and commercial guidance.
- Participate in strategic sales cycles to improve win rates and accelerate deal velocity.
- Lead onboarding and expansion of priority Voice use cases, including: Number masking, SIP trunking, Inbound/outbound routing, Voice messaging
Product Expertise & Market Insights
- Maintain expert knowledge of Voice coverage, routing, regulations, and pricing models across North America.
- Advise sales and customers on performance, compliance, and best practices (e.g., CLI rules, emergency routing).
- Capture structured market insights to help shape product roadmap and regional GTM strategy.
Collaboration & Communication
- Work closely with HQ Product Management, Profitability teams, Global GTM teams, and Regional stakeholders and leadership.
- Monitor pipeline velocity and support monetization strategy to achieve commercial targets.
- Advocate for simplification and operational improvement that enhances customer onboarding and delivery experience.
What Makes You a Strong Fit
- Background in business or product, with strong understanding of sales and consultancy
- Proven experience in Voice, telecom, or CPaaS products.
- Strong commercial mindset with analytical, sales acceleration, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation capabilities with customer-facing confidence.
- Proactive, adaptable, and able to operate in diverse regulatory conditions across North America .
- Fluent in English; additional regional languages are a strong plus.
- Willingness to travel to support key opportunities and field teams.
- Open to travel within the U.S. based on customer and business needs.

Additional Information
Salary Range: $140,000-$180,000 USD annual base salary (the salary of the finalist selected for this role will be based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to internal equity, job-related knowledge, experience, education, and skillset). This role is also eligible to receive an annual bonus, based on both individual and company performance.
