Amex GBT Egencia Client Services team is seeking a talented candidate for the VOC Reporting & Data Visualisation Analyst role who loves analysing data and storytelling through creative and inspiring dashboards and presentations. This role will support Egencia Client Services in bringing Voice of Customer (VOC) data to life to facilitate decisions and improvements across the organisation to elevate Customer Experience.

What You’ll Do

  • You will work with various reports and data to analyse and visualise trends and focus areas.
  • This position will be key to Voice of Customer in Global Customer Operations and will be highly influential to improvement decisions. You will join a team passionate about the Customer Experience in a very exciting phase. This role represents an exciting opportunity to join Egencia, as we define the future of business travel and lead the industry into a new era.
  • Passionate storytelling and bringing data to life by partnering with key stakeholders to deliver insights that will form strategy and improvements. 
  • Build dynamic and robust dashboards that deliver actionable results and tell stories through the data.
  • Identify new opportunities to improve dashboard engagement by identifying relevant insights.
  • Respond to ad-hoc data requests and data investigations from team members to support decision-making.
  • Help lead efforts in data visualization best practices and simplification of our reporting suite.

What We’re Looking For

  • 1+ year of data visualization work experience in a relevant business environment.
  • 1+ year building dashboards
  • 2+ years of reporting and analysis experience
  • Relevant Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent fields.
  • Solid experience in reporting tools like Tableau.
  • Advanced capabilities in Microsoft Power Point, ability to create impactful presentations
  • Advanced knowledge in SQL or other languages (e.g. R, Python) to prepare data for application in automated/scheduled reporting and visualization, and in support of self-serve analytics an advantage.
  • Confidently communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Comfortable working with shifting priorities and changes to plans
  • Work well under pressure and time constraints.
  • Demonstrable ability to investigate, familiarize, and master new data sets quickly.
  • Passionate advocate of Customer Experience and Customer Effort
  • Excellent written and spoken English
