The candidate will provide installation and support of physical and virtual servers (Windows), and installation and support of various data storage arrays. The candidate will be expected to install and support server software applications.
The candidate will be expected to monitor ServiceNow Incident Tickets, Change Tasks, and Project Tasks and provide thorough documentation within the ServiceNow system and outside of ServiceNow.
This candidate must be able to balance the workload between operational support and project tasks. Operational tasks include performing periodic Security Technical Implementation Guide (STIG) reporting and configuration tasks, and weekly review of vulnerability reports and implementation of vulnerability fixes. Project tasks could include specification and design of new hardware, software, or storage systems and the implementation of those systems.

- Hyperconverged Infrastructure Installation and Support (VxRail)

Requirements
To be considered for this position, you must minimally meet the knowledge, skills, and abilities listed below:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, or closely related discipline with a minimum of 3 years of experience or a minimum of 7 years of experience to satisfy degree and experience requirements.
- 5 years of experience with various application servers, Web Servers, and network support (such as DNS or DHCP) servers.
- Vulnerability mitigation
- Knowledge and experience with various administration and security tools.
- Extensive hardware and software configuration and troubleshooting experience.
- Demonstrate the skill and ability to perform moderately complex professional tasks.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Strong problem-solving skills along with outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail.
