• 電動パワーステアリング（EPS）用機械部品の設計
• 構成部品サプライヤのQCD視点での管理、リーディング
• 量産時の品質を向上させる為、工場生産技術 (TEF) との協業
• 顧客要求仕様の分析と機械部品設計の明確化
• CAE解析に基づくBosch標準仕様（One EPS）のプロジェクト設計への適用
• 社内テストマネジメント、車両および台上実験エンジニアと協力し、機械部品の実験検証を行う
• 海外拠点エンジニアと協力して開発を進める
• 機械部品の不具合発生時の解決

• Mechanical components of Electric Power Steering Gear design
• Management/Leading the components supplier on QCD point of view
• Collaboration with plant engineer (TEF) to ensure quality in mass-production
• Requirement analysis, Mechanical design definition
• Design in datail to carry out Bosch standard design (One EPS) based on CAE analysis results
• Execution of physical tests in collaboration with Test Manager and Bench/Vehicle Test Engineers
• Cooperation with colleague in other country for development
• Problem shooting on Mechnical Design area

• 機械部品の2Dおよび3D図面を理解できること
• メカニクスの知識、経験を有すること (機械部品の十分な知見)
• 日本語および英語で技術論議が出来ること (日本語: 堪能、英語: TOEIC 600点以上)
• 異文化に対する許容力
• ステアリングシステムや自動車技術の知識 (有すると好ましい)

• Knowledge and capability of expert parts drawing in both 2D and 3D
• Knowledge and experience of Mechanics (deep understanding of mechanical parts)
• Negotiation skill of engineering topics in Japanese and English (Japanese: native, English: TOEIC≧600)
• No border towards other cultures
• Knowledge of Steering system and Vehicle technology (preferable skill)
