- Advanced English Skills.
- Experience in customer-facing Roles.
- Experience as a virtual assistant or in a relevant role is a plus.
- Experience Insurance Industry is a plus.
- Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets.
- Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling.
- Excellent phone, email, and instant messaging communication skills and etiquette.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Solid organizational skills.
- Hybrid position (30 days Trial period + 5 days per calendar month)
- Billingual Positon (C1 or C2 Level)
