Visualization Specialist - Senior

Your Role

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Visualization Specialist to strengthen our growing LATAM visualization team. Candidates must bring expert-level technical proficiency with industry-standard software and visualization pipelines, combined with a deep commitment to creativity, innovation, and design excellence.

This role demands proven experience delivering high-end, photorealistic visualizations of architectural and interior environments, as well as a strong understanding of Unreal Engine’s blueprint development platform for real-time apps. As a key team leader, you will collaborate with project teams, mentor junior artists, and drive the creation of sophisticated, compelling visual narratives that support and enhance design communication at the highest level.

What You Will Do

• Lead visualization efforts across projects, ensuring exceptional quality, artistic consistency, and high-end visual standards.
• Partner closely with design teams to interpret and elevate design intent into world-class, high-quality computer-generated imagery.
• Own the full visualization pipeline: Modeling, Texturing, Lighting, Camera Work, Rendering, Post-Production, and use of the Unreal Engine blueprint development platform.
• Produce immersive cinematic quality imagery, animations, and interactive presentations utilizing tools like Unreal Engine, Unity, and V-Ray.
• Mentor and guide junior visualization artists, providing technical leadership, feedback, and best practices.
• Solve complex visual and technical challenges; optimize 3D scenes for production and real-time rendering pipelines.
• Spearhead the adoption of new technologies, tools, and workflows to advance our visualization capabilities.
• Manage visualization deliverables across projects, balancing priorities, resources, and deadlines with minimal oversight.
• Develop motion graphics, animations, and real-time interactive visualizations as needed.
• Champion continuous quality improvements and innovation initiatives within the visualization team.

Your Qualifications 

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture, Interior Design, Fine Arts, Computer Graphics, Animation, or a related field required; a Master's degree is a plus.
• 10+ years of professional experience in high-end architectural visualization, digital arts, or a related field.
• Expert-level proficiency in Autodesk 3ds Max, V-Ray, Photoshop, and Adobe Creative Cloud Suite.
• Solid working knowledge of Revit, AutoCAD, Rhino, SketchUp, and Enscape, including interoperability workflows between platforms.
• Strong hands-on experience developing visualizations in Unreal Engine and Unity (experience with Twinmotion a plus).
• Demonstrated ability to work with blueprints and blueprint scripting in real-time engines like Unreal for interactive visualizations.
• Advanced skills in visual storytelling, look development, lighting, material creation, and cinematic camera composition.
• Technical understanding of distributed rendering, batch rendering, and render farm management tools such as Deadline.
• Expertise in multi-pass compositing, linear workflows, and advanced post-production techniques.
• Proven track record leading visualization efforts, mentoring team members, and driving creative innovation.
• Excellent collaboration, leadership, communication, and time management skills.
