In this role, you will be instrumental in the Styling team, using your extensive skills to process and analyze large volumes of data. You will collaborate with diverse teams, including Engineering, Quality Control and VINFAST suppliers, to create cutting-edge solutions that will drive the future of transportation.
- Lead the Design Visualization activity and manage project priorities, quality, and delivery.
- Produce high-quality photorealistic images, animations, and interactive experiences for vehicle design reviews.
- Support Styling and CMF teams by visualizing design proposals, color and material combinations, and concept evaluations.
- Develop and maintain VR/AR review environments for immersive design validation and executive presentations.
- Drive adoption of AI-powered visualization tools to improve rendering speed, concept generation, and workflow efficiency.
- Establish visualization standards, asset libraries, and best practices across all vehicle programs.
- Collaborate with Styling, CMF, Studio Engineering and Marketing to ensure visual consistency and technical accuracy.
- Evaluate and implement new visualization technologies, software, and hardware to maintain industry-leading capabilities.
- Coach and develop visualization designers while fostering a culture of creativity, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Ensure all visualization deliverables align with project milestones, quality standards, and brand identity.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Transportation Design, Industrial Design, Digital Media, Computer Graphics, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in automotive visualization or CGI.
- Expert in Autodesk VRED, Unreal Engine, Blender, or equivalent visualization tools.
- Experience with VR/AR technologies for immersive design reviews.
- Proficient in AI tools such as Vizcom, Udin Optic, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, ChatGPT…..
- Strong understanding of automotive Styling, CMF, rendering, lighting, and PBR workflows.
- Proven leadership, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Strong communication, creativity, problem-solving, and attention to detail
