Power BI Developer 
We’re looking for a Power BI Developer/Data Analyst to support data‑driven decision‑making across Howden UK&I Retail. You’ll work with stakeholders to understand their reporting needs, build effective dashboards, and ensure data quality and consistency.
What You’ll Do
  • Gather and translate business requirements into reporting specifications.
  • Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, data models, and reports.
  • Provide clear, actionable insights and support ad‑hoc analysis.
  • Validate data, investigate issues, and contribute to governance and documentation.
  • Work with BI Engineers and Analysts to improve data models and reporting processes.
  • Promote good data practices and help raise data literacy across the business.
What You’ll Bring
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to simplify complex data.
  • Insurance industry or Financial Services Experience
  • Hands‑on Power BI experience including DAX and data modelling.
  • Understanding of data structures and relational databases.
  • Confident communication with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple requests in a structured way.
Desirable: SQL, Azure/Databricks knowledge, experience with insurance or financial/operational reporting, or working in a complex BI environment.
