The Product

Why Marketing Designer

We're in the middle of a full reinvention, new brand, new product, new category. Every piece of content we put in front of customers and prospects needs to work harder than ever. Design isn't a support function here. It's how we tell the world what Delight.ai is and why it matters.

We need someone who can own the visual language of our marketing, ads, emails, sales materials, events, editorial, and bring the same rigor to a one-pager as a full campaign. If you've spent years making marketing convert, not just look polished, and you use AI to do it faster and better, this is your moment.

The Role

You'll own end-to-end design across Sendbird's marketing and sales touchpoints. You'll work independently, prioritize without hand-holding, build design systems that scale, and use AI to automate repetitive production, accelerate output, and build workflows that make the team faster. Design is a communication problem first, an aesthetic one second, and AI is a core part of how you solve it.

You might be this person if:

  • You've rebuilt your production workflow around AI and rarely do repetitive design work manually
  • You can look at a blank brief and know what structure the content needs before you open Figma
  • You use AI to generate copy variants, prototype layouts, and automate asset production without letting it flatten your creative judgment
  • You've built template systems and AI-assisted workflows that teammates actually use daily
  • You instinctively ask "what do we want the reader to do?" before "what should this look like?"
  • You're as comfortable designing a sales deck as a digital ad, and you know they require completely different approaches
  • You translate a business goal into design direction without a lot of back-and-forth
  • You know when to use AI to move fast and when to slow down and apply craft
  • You can give and receive design feedback clearly in both Korean and English

You need to have:

  • 8+ years of experience in marketing and content design
  • A strong portfolio across editorial and marketing materials, ebooks, brochures, ads, decks, email campaigns
  • Proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, and Illustrator
  • Demonstrated, hands-on use of AI tools, including image generation, agentic design assistants, and workflow automation, as a core part of your design process
  • Experience automating repetitive production tasks using AI-powered tools or middleware platforms
  • Fluency in both Korean and English
  • A degree in Visual Communication, Graphic Design, or equivalent experience

What you'll actually do:

  • Design digital ads, social assets, email campaigns, and event materials that drive engagement, not just impressions
  • Structure and design editorial content (ebooks, brochures, proposals) so information lands clearly and persuasively
  • Use AI to automate repetitive asset generation, cut turnaround time, and build reusable production workflows for high-frequency content
  • Produce print-ready and digital assets for sales enablement and customer-facing support
  • Build mockups and visual assets tailored to specific campaign or client contexts
  • Identify where AI can eliminate manual steps in the design process and build those solutions, not just flag them
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams on event and conference landing pages
  • Create and maintain reusable templates and AI-assisted systems for high-frequency content needs
  • Identify design gaps independently and drive execution from brief to delivery

Added Value:

  • Experience building AI-assisted content pipelines, connecting tools via middleware, using agentic tools to generate and iterate draft assets, or automating parts of the production workflow end-to-end
  • Familiarity with SaaS or AI product content strategy, you know what makes technical value props land
  • Comfort with web publishing or front-end implementation basics
  • Startup experience where ownership isn't just encouraged, it's expected
  • A track record of close collaboration with content creators, copywriters, and marketers

Pay Transparency

For cash compensation, we set standard ranges for all roles based on function, level, and geographic location. To determine our ranges, we utilize a variety of compensation data benchmarked against similar-stage growth companies. A reasonable estimate of the current salary range for this role is $160,000.00 - $190,000.00. We consider several factors when making final compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs which may cause your specific offer to vary from the amount listed above.

Flexible Work Policy

We offer a flexible work schedule at Sendbird.  We also value collaboration and relationship building.  With those values in mind, we require all employees within an hour's commute range of their local office to gather with their team in the office three days per week as a minimum.  Some of our roles require a more frequent in-office schedule.  Please work with your manager to understand the office time requirements for your position.
