As a Visual Designer, you’ll shape how the world experiences our brand across digital, print, video, and emerging media. You bring creativity, precision, and a deep appreciation for visual storytelling, across campaigns, websites, documents, and everything in between.

What You’ll Do:
Design & Visual Creation
Design beautiful, brand-aligned visuals for digital campaigns, web, social media, internal comms, events, and presentations.
Create digital ads for growth and performance campaigns that drive engagement and conversions.
Develop visually engaging eBooks, flyers, brochures, event materials, and large-scale visuals (e.g., banners, signage) with a solid grasp of print production standards.
Maintain a strong eye for typography, layout, composition, and color to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.
Tools & Systems
Design efficiently in Figma using design systems, prototyping, and handoff best practices.
Create reusable assets and templates
Use Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) to deliver high-quality, production-ready designs.
AI-Enhanced Creativity
Leverage AI-powered tools like Midjourney, DALL·E, RunwayML, Adobe Firefly, or D-ID for ideation, image generation, and content creation.
Explore emerging design methods and media formats to keep our visual language fresh, innovative, and ahead of the curve.
Collaboration & Ownership
Partner cross-functionally with Brand, Product Marketing, Demand Gen, Sales, and People teams to elevate every brand touchpoint.
Work independently to manage your time, prioritize projects, and deliver on deadlines without sacrificing quality.
Bonus Points
Motion design fluency (After Effects, Lottie, animation principles).
What you bring:
2-4 years of experience in branding
In-house experience within a B2B environment preferred
In-depth experience with Figma and Adobe Suite (illustrator and photoshop)
Affinity with AI tools
Familiarity or understanding of animation is a nice-to-have
