About the Role

We are looking for a talented Visual Designer to create amazing digital branding and user experiences. The ideal candidate should have an eye for clean and artful design, possess superior visual skills and be able to translate high-level requirements into artifacts, and transform them into beautiful, intuitive, and functional digital designs.

Responsibilities

• Create and refine our visual design language including logos, branding, landing page, social media material and all other digital design. 

• Create visual design work from ideation to mock-ups to implementation.

• Define and evolve the visual tone, color palette, and overall aesthetics - creating documentation of assets/guidelines/templates.

• Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering

• Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices and standards

• Creating visual elements, effects, and animations using 3D modeling, texturing, and other techniques

• Creating visually motion graphics and animations for various digital media platforms

• Collaborate with internal and external design stakeholders and partners

Basic Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in Visual Design

• BS/MS in Visual Design, Graphic Design, Fine Art or equivalent experience

• Demonstrable visual design skills with a strong portfolio

• Experience in creating branding, websites, 3D, video design

• Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, or other visual design and wire-framing tools

• Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively

• Up-to-date with the latest visual trends, techniques, and technologies

Preferred Qualifications

• Understanding and experience with SaaS, AI, web3 and blockchain is a plus

• Bilingual in Mandarin and English at work proficiency

• Basic knowledge of using Framer 

Additional Notes

• APAC and North American regions and time zones are preferred

• Contract to hire is strongly preferred, but full-time direct hire will be considered
