About the right team memberWe are looking for a staff-level graphic designer to work full time on a variety of B2B SaaS marketing initiatives, including advertising, content, web, email, and other brand and campaign communications. We're looking for someone comfortable in Figma who's familiar with Asana (or similar), ready to quickly learn about the brand and grow their skills.
About the role- Work closely with fellow visual designers, copywriters, project managers, and stakeholders
- Manage workload and project deadlines through a formal review process, using Figma and Asana
- Consistently follow brand guidelines and apply standards across a variety of asset types
- Apply fundamental concepts and practices of design; understand different needs for different asset types
- Clearly and accurately express ideas and convey information; take in feedback and make the necessary refinements
- Create designs that that are noteworthy for their design and usability
- 4+ years experience (B2B Saas marketing experience preferred)
- Fluency in Figma and Adobe After Effects
- Proven experience in motion/animation content
- Understanding of graphic design principles, screen layout, color theory, and typography
- History of effectively balancing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
- Able to apply latest trends and best practices into compelling marketing
- Portfolio showcasing professional examples of work, including B2B marketing and motion graphics
- Proficient communicator
