Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with the Design and Growth teams to develop creative assets from initial concept to final execution.
• Produce well-branded campaign materials, including landing pages, one-pagers, email campaigns, digital ads, and infographics.
• Design engaging and professionally branded presentation templates for the sales and leadership teams.
• Support the Design team in ensuring consistency between the brand and the product’s visual identity, voice, tone, and design system.
• Foster and maintain visual excellence for our end customers. 

Qualifications:

• Submit a portfolio or work samples and a resume with your application.
• Must be able to work in-office and within the USA, Central Time Zone.3 to 5 years of in-house design experience specializing in digital experiences, marketing, and branding.
• Proven experience in creating landing pages, presentations, and digital ads.
• Strong passion for visual perfection, with a keen eye for details like color, typography, spacing, balance, and illustrations.
• Proficient in design software including Figma, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Google Suite.
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment with team members across various time zones.
• Great to have: Experience collaborating with front-end engineers to communicate design requirements, prepare files for development handover, review deliverables, and oversee launch.
