Job Description
- As an integral part of the Marketing team you collaborate with various stakeholders on upcoming campaigns and other marketing and communication initiatives.
- You participate during ideation and contribute with a designer's perspective.
- You create visuals for social media posts, banner ads, email communication, website content, out-of-home advertising, exhibition materials, print ads and brochures.
- You ensure a cohesive brand experience across a variety of touchpoints (on- & offline) by following our established design language, while adding your own flair.
- You collaborate closely with other designers during the process, iterate and help to continuously refine the visual brand of Scalable Capital.
- You are an advocate for design thinking, inside and outside your team and stay up-to-date with the latest trends in design and design technology.
Qualifications
- Relevant previous work experience in visual design, with a strong portfolio to show your track-record
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign (descending importance)
- A passion for creative, meaningful and impactful communication
- Experience/background in illustration is a plus
- Excellent craftsmanship with an eye for detail and consistency that enables you to deliver high quality output
