We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Visual Design Associate that will support our design team in creating engaging and on-brand visuals for a variety of media, including digital, print, and social channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and produce high-quality visuals for a variety of mediums including digital and print, ensuring alignment with Reliance Health’s branding and design standards.
- Support the creation of internal marketing materials, presentations, brochures, and digital contents.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to understand project requirements and objectives.
- Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines, maintaining consistency across all projects and internal communications.
- Stay updated on industry trends to bring fresh, innovative design ideas to the table.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines while maintaining high attention to detail.
- Work closely with external print vendors to ensure production quality and accuracy.
- Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Visual Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- Experience: 2-4 years of visual design experience
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; familiarity with Figma or other collaborative tools is a plus.
- Portfolio: Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design work
- Creativity: Demonstrates an eye for design, color, and layout.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous in checking work for accuracy and quality, including spelling, alignment, and formatting.
- Time Management: Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills for collaborating with team members and receiving constructive feedback.
- Motion Graphics: Basic knowledge of After Effects or similar software. (Optional)
