We are seeking a Visual Communicator to support global marketing initiatives by creating brand-aligned visual assets across digital and print formats. This role requires strong production design skills, attention to detail, and the ability to deliver high-quality assets within structured design systems and tight timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Visual Asset Production: Design and produce digital and print content including ads, email graphics, social media assets, presentations, and collateral.
- Brand Consistency: Apply brand guidelines and design systems to ensure compliance and accessibility.
- Production-Ready Deliverables: Deliver assets based on templates with minimal creative input, incorporating feedback from senior designers and marketing leads.
- Collaboration: Work closely with creative leads and offshore teams to manage high-volume deliverables.
Must-have Skills
- 5–6 years of experience in Visual Communicator, visual or graphic design in production environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
- English level: B2 Advanced or C1.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Familiarity with digital, print, and editorial formats.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow templates and style guides.
- Basic understanding of accessibility and inclusive design principles.
- Ability to multitask and manage shifting priorities in fast-paced environments.
Nice-to-have
