Overview: We are seeking a skilled Vistex Manager with expertise in Price Management, Rebates and Chargebacks to join our team and participate in an enterprise-wide project of our SAP landscape. This individual will act as a functional consultant to bring functional expertise in Vistex and/or next generation SAP or SAP strategic partner solutions in related field, including but not limited to areas of Price Management, Rebates, Chargebacks and Claim Management.
Main responsabilities:
- Serves as a subject matter expert associated with content, processes & procedures associated with most Vistex modules i.e. Price Management, Rebates, Chargebacks and Claim Management.
- Analyse business/technical requirements & translate process into practice through the current Vistex application functionality. Configure Vistex system to meet client business requirements, including connection points with SAP SD and other modules, legacy systems, and implementation of SAP best practices.
- Develop, prototype, test & implement solution improvements to increase stability, usability, and functionality to enable end users to meet business objectives.
- Understand non-SAP business systems and their interaction with SAP. Assist in the management of those systems as part of a Finance Systems management portfolio.
- Work with other IT personnel on any configuration change affecting areas outside of Vistex module and perform rigorous testing.
Key requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in Vistex.
- Expertise in Vistex configurations, including integration with other SAP modules.
- Experienced with all aspects of Vistex Implementation process: Business process analysis, System configuration, Testing, Documentation, End-user training, and Production support.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.
- Ability to work collaboratively with business users and technical teams to identify and resolve issues.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, work independently, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Advanced conversational english level.
