About Peec AI

Peec AI is a Berlin-based Series A startup building analytics and intelligence tools for modern SEO and growth teams. As AI reshapes how people discover information online, companies need new ways to understand where they appear, how they perform, and where the next growth opportunities lie. Peec AI helps teams track their visibility across AI search, measure performance, and uncover opportunities to grow their organic presence in an increasingly complex search landscape.

About the role

We’re looking for a Visiting Product Manager to support the development and growth of Peec AI’s analytics products. In this role, you’ll work closely with Product, Design, and Engineering to help turn ideas into shipped features, from conducting user research and analyzing product data to defining requirements and supporting product launches. You’ll contribute to product experiments, onboarding improvements, and feature adoption initiatives, gaining hands-on experience in how modern data-driven products are built and scaled in a fast-growing startup environment.

What you’ll do
  • Support the product team in shaping, building, and shipping Peec AI’s analytics products

  • Work closely with Product, Design, and Engineering to help plan and execute product initiatives from discovery to launch

  • Conduct user research, customer interviews, and market analysis to uncover insights that inform product decisions

  • Help define product requirements, write specs, and translate ideas into clear, actionable tasks for the team

  • Analyze product usage, activation, and retention data to identify opportunities for improvement and growth

  • Assist with onboarding, activation, and feature adoption efforts to ensure users quickly experience value

  • Own and drive product experiments or feature improvements end-to-end, from hypothesis to rollout

What we’re looking for
  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, ideally in Business, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

  • Proven experience through 1–2 internships or roles at a top-tier startup, product-led company, or venture capital with demonstrated strong ownership, initiative, and a bias for action

  • Strong analytical and structured thinking, paired with empathy for users and a passion for building great products

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills - you can clearly articulate ideas, trade-offs, and insights

  • Curiosity about AI, product development, and how data-driven products are built and scaled

  • Low-ego team player who’s comfortable working across functions and rolling up their sleeves on operational tasks

Bonus points
  • Experience with product analytics, user research, or experimentation tools (e.g. Amplitude, Mixpanel, PostHog, GA, SQL)

  • Exposure to product management, UX research, or data analysis in a fast-paced environment

  • Basic technical understanding (APIs, data pipelines, or engineering workflows) or the ambition to learn quickly

  • A side project, startup, or product you’ve built, shipped, or meaningfully contributed to

  • Strong interest in AI-powered products, analytics, or the future of search and discovery

What we offer
  • A rolling internship program with flexible start dates (minimum 6-month duration)

  • Exciting and challenging work with real impact and ownership at one of Europe’s fastest-growing Series A startups

  • Direct exposure to the founders and product leadership, with a front-row seat to product strategy and execution

  • Steep learning curve across product, data, and company-building fundamentals

  • Regular team events and off-sites

  • Paid Dinner & Uber rides when working late

  • The most beautiful office space and work environment in Berlin

Skills Required

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • Proven experience through 1-2 internships or roles at a top-tier startup, product-led company, or venture capital
  • Strong analytical and structured thinking
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Basic technical understanding (APIs, data pipelines, or engineering workflows) or ambition to learn quickly
