The Role
We are looking for an exceptional individual who will join us as a Visiting Investment Analyst (Intern) for 6 months, starting from February 2026.
In this highly operational role, you will help to build the September residency, scouting the best Founders in Europe, as well as supporting founders from day zero in all areas of pre-investment, taking an operational role during the residency.
How you will make 10x impact
- Work with our investment team to source, assess, and back exceptional founders.
- Take ownership of key operational tasks — from internal processes to ensuring smooth day-to-day execution across the team.
- Lead the end-to-end organisation of high-profile founder and investor events.
- Get involved in live deals — from due diligence to investment memos.
- Dive into markets and business models, distilling complex ideas into sharp insights.
- Roll up your sleeves to make things happen fast in a dynamic, international environment.
What you should have
- Previous experience in startups, consulting, VC, or side projects showing initiative.
- A bias to action — you get things done without waiting for perfect instructions.
- Ability to work independently and in teams across multiple workstreams.
- Clear interest in startups, tech, and venture capital.
- Fluency in English (written & spoken).

- Positive, high-energy mindset — and not afraid to get your hands dirty.
