Job Summary
Synechron is seeking an experienced VisionPLUS Business Analyst with 9–18 years of experience in business analysis and software development projects. The role will lead Business Analyst activities, gather and document business requirements, analyze business processes, and support delivery teams in developing effective solutions for VisionPLUS-related initiatives.The position will contribute to business objectives by improving requirements quality, aligning project outcomes with organizational goals, supporting informed decision-making, managing changes, and enabling effective collaboration between stakeholders, business teams, and technology teams.

Overall Responsibilities
Lead the Business Analyst team in gathering, analyzing, validating, and documenting business requirements for projects.
Work with stakeholders to understand business processes, identify improvement opportunities, and define expected outcomes.
Create detailed requirement specifications, functional documentation, process maps, user stories, and acceptance criteria to guide project development.
