Visa Consulting and Analytics (VCA) is the consulting arm of Visa, and drives tangible, impactful results for clients. Drawing on our expertise in consulting, data analytics, technology, payments and economics, VCA solves the most strategic problems for our clients. VCA's core client segments include issuers, acquirers, merchants, Fintechs, payment enablers and governments.
Job DescriptionVisa hires into its Summer Intern programme across Asia Pacific (APAC), Latin America (LAC), CEMEA (Central Europe, Middle East & Africa) and Europe. Within each region we hire students into a variety of business functions, joining in either our June or July cohort, as part of a Global programme.
This is an 11-week programme, where you are supported with various skills and development sessions throughout your time as an Intern. You are required to be available for the continuous 11 weeks with the option to take some annual leave days should you need.
Our 2 Summer Intern cohort dates are:
Intern cohort 1: Tuesday 16th June
Intern cohort 2: Tuesday 7th July
The aim of Visa’s Summer internship programme is not only to provide you with exposure and experience within a world leading payments company, but that, based on your performance and personal experience, we would aim to extend an offer to return the following summer on our Graduate programme as a permanent employee.
What we expect from you
As a Visa Consulting & Analytics Implementation Services Intern, you’ll support the team across a variety of implementation and delivery activities, including:
- Supporting project execution across domains such as payments, digital, product, and strategy.
- Conducting detailed data gathering and analysis to extract valuable insights.
- Performing data and trend analyses using Visa’s analytical tools.
- Contributing to go‑to‑market and strategy‑to‑execution work (workshops, stakeholder meetings, content development, etc.).
- Helping build and maintain VCA Implementation Services (VIS) delivery collateral and internal toolkits.
- Assisting with team operations, coordination, and internal initiatives.

We’re looking for curious, motivated students who:
Are in their penultimate year of study (bachelor’s or master’s) and graduating in 2027.
Have permanent legal right to work in Switzerland.
Have strong communication skills in both English and German
Enjoy solving complex problems and working with data.
Take initiative, learn quickly, and adapt to change.
Work collaboratively and build strong relationships.
Are interested in technology, innovation, and the payments industry.
Have familiarity with project management (a plus, not required).
