About the role 
The Visa Coordinator will be responsible for managing and coordinating visa applications and related business trip visas for business partners, and event participants across multiple jurisdictions. 

This role requires professional command in English, strong attention to detail, organisation, and the ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced international environment. 

What you will do 

• Prepare, review, and submit visa documentation in line with embassy and consulate requirements. 

• Track visa timelines and ensure all applications are submitted within required deadlines. 

• Liaise with embassies, consulates, visa agencies, and internal stakeholders. 

• Maintain accurate records of visa statuses and documentation. 

• Ensure compliance with immigration regulations across different jurisdictions. 

• Provide guidance to employees regarding required documentation and application procedures. 

• Support the Travel and/or HR department with related administrative tasks when required. 

What will you need 

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in a similar administrative or coordination role. 

• Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy. 

• Excellent organisational and time-management skills. 

• Ability to manage multiple applications and deadlines simultaneously. 

• Strong written and verbal communication skills. 

• Experience within a Travel, HR, or corporate administrative function is an advantage. 

• Experience handling international visa processes is a strong plus.
